Performance management of Quality Department Maintain AAMA certification and Miami-Dade County compliance Manage customer rejects Process and perform root cause analysis Ensure alignment of data collection and analysis with organizational quality objectives with criteria that will include occurrence count, cost to the company and pain felt by the customer.
